1、 Project Name and Content

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: The sewage pipeline network, 3 # lifting pump station, and beautiful rural sewage treatment station project of Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park are organized and implemented by the Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park Management Committee, and are operated by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. with the approval of the Suzhou Municipal People's Government. The total length of the sewage pipeline network in the Su Ma Park is about 100 kilometers (with pipeline diameters ranging from 400mm to 1200mm), involving more than 70 roads, and is continuously increasing. Considering the long and difficult operation and maintenance of the pipeline network, as well as the frequent occurrence of emergency situations, our company plans to sign a framework agreement for emergency repair services for the sewage pipeline network, 3 # pumping station, and beautiful rural sewage treatment station for the whole year of 2025, in order to cope with various sudden emergency situations during the pipeline network operation and maintenance process. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct an open bidding for this matter to the public.

5. Scope of bidding: Emergency repair project for sewage pipeline network, 3 # lifting pump station, and beautiful rural sewage treatment station facilities in Suma Park. Please refer to the bidding bill of quantities for details.

6. Construction period: The contract is valid for one year, and the construction period of individual projects shall be subject to the notice confirmed by both parties

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

a、 Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and the business scope must include relevant content such as municipal engineering, environmental engineering, municipal infrastructure engineering, or municipal facility management.

b、 Performance requirement: Have an emergency repair performance with a contract amount of no less than 500000 yuan.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
