The Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) Sewage Treatment Plant Project is a BOT project constructed and operated by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., with a franchise period of 30 years. This project is located in the Su Ma Modern Industrial Park and is a key environmental protection project in Suzhou City.

The project is designed and demonstrated by Wuxi Municipal Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. It adopts the C-A2O process for the industrial characteristics of the service area (commercial logistics, electronic information industry, deep processing of agricultural products, optoelectronic materials industry, etc.). This process has the advantages of stable operation, low investment and operation costs, small footprint, and good nitrogen and phosphorus removal capabilities.

The northern sewage treatment plant of Suma Modern Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City) is an important component of the supporting infrastructure construction of Suma Modern Industrial Park. After the project is completed, it will undertake the purification treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage in the park, which has profound significance for the water environment protection of the local area and the Huai River Basin.
