The sewage pipeline network of Suzhou Ma'anshan Modern Industrial Park (Phase I and Phase II) is funded, constructed, operated, maintained, and debt repaid by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. The government grants franchise rights and pays fees according to the agreement. The franchise period is 30 years. The sewage pipeline network is divided into eastern and western pipeline systems, located on both sides of 22 roads in the Suma Industrial Park, with a total length of 60.249 kilometers.

The 3 # pumping station is located north of Suzhou East Station and south of Xinhe River, covering an area of 1050 square meters, and is a manned pumping station. There are a total of 4 submersible sewage pumps with a designed lifting capacity of 27700 cubic meters per day.

The beautiful rural sewage treatment stations include Dongcheng New Village sewage treatment station, Huangshuqin Village sewage treatment station, and Yaoyan Village sewage treatment station. ① Dongcheng New Village Sewage Treatment Station, located in the landscape green belt on the north side of Dongcheng New Village in Suzhou High speed Railway New City, serves a population of about 2000 people, covers an area of 1488 square meters, and has a designed water volume of 120 tons/day; ② The Huangshuqin Village Sewage Treatment Station is located on the northeast side of Huangshuqin Village, High speed Railway New City, Suzhou City. It serves a population of approximately 2600 people, covers an area of approximately 1784 square meters, and has a designed water volume of 160 tons per day; ③ The Yaoyan Village Sewage Treatment Station is located on the northeast side of Yaoyan Village, a high-speed railway new city in Suzhou City. It serves a population of approximately 3000 people, covers an area of approximately 20444 square meters, and has a designed water volume of 180 tons per day. ）
