Inquiry Announcement for EPC+O Facility Restoration Project of Rural Black and Stinky Water Treatment Project in Suzhou City

This bidding project is the EPC+O facility restoration project for the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in rural areas of Suzhou City. The project has met the procurement conditions, and we are now inquiring about the project. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: EPC+O Facility Restoration Project for Rural Black and Stinky Water Treatment in Suzhou City

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: Involving 89 water bodies and 88 newly added water bodies in 33 townships (streets) of Yongqiao District, Xiao County, Lingbi County, and Si County, 114 integrated facilities, approximately 300 kilometers of pipeline network, and more than 14000 sets of ecological filters.

5. Scope of bidding: EPC+O facility restoration project for rural black and odorous water treatment in Suzhou City. Please refer to the bill of quantities for details.

6. Service period: One year from the effective date of the contract signing. After one year, the contract can be renewed according to the performance of the contract, with a maximum renewal period of no more than 3 years (the service contract is signed once a year, and Party A can terminate the service contract at any time during the renewal period)

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and qualified for human resources outsourcing services.

2. Credit requirements:

(1) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

(2) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

(3) There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

1. Collection time: 17:00 on January 15, 2025 to 15:00 on January 22, 2025.

2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
