Construction Steel Procurement Bidding Announcement for the Reclaimed Water (Reclaimed Water) Reuse Construction Project of Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Plant

The construction steel procurement for the recycled water (reclaimed water) reuse construction project of Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Plant has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Construction Steel Procurement for Reclaimed Water (Reclaimed Water) Reuse Construction Project of Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Plant

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: including Zhongshui Plant and supporting pipeline network. The newly built Zhongshui Plant has a designed water production capacity of 6000m3/d in the near future and 18000m3/d in the long term, and the effluent quality meets the limits agreed upon with the enterprise. The supporting pipeline network project is the intermediate water transportation route for each intermediate water user unit.

5. Scope of bidding: Procurement of construction steel for the recycled water (reclaimed water) reuse construction project of Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant. Please refer to the drawings and the bidding quantity list for details.

6. Construction period: Supply in batches, and Party B shall supply the steel to the designated location of Party A within the time specified by Party A after receiving the purchase details stamped and effective by Party A.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, the business scope of the business license must include the production and sales of metal materials such as steel or building materials, or related businesses.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

1. Collection time: 10:00 am on December 30, 2024 to 10:00 am on January 6, 2025.

2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
