The bidding project for the Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Cold Chain Processing and Distribution Center Distributed Photovoltaic Power Station project has met the procurement conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome eligible bidders to participate in the bidding.
1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project address: Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Cold Chain Processing and Distribution Center.
2. Construction scale: A distributed photovoltaic power station with a planned construction scale of 940.04kWp (subject to detailed design and approval from relevant departments) is proposed, with a designed operating life of 25 years.
3. Construction content: Install a distributed photovoltaic power generation system on the roof of the warehouse building in the cold chain processing and distribution center for green agricultural products in Suzhou City.
4. The main equipment includes solar cell modules, grid connected inverters, grid connected cabinets, etc.
5. Grid connection method: The DC electricity generated by the roof components is fed into the inverter, which converts it into AC current and connects it to the existing low-voltage system in the factory building, achieving grid connection on the user side of the photovoltaic system.
6. Duration: 90 calendar days
2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements:
Capable of independently assuming civil liability and possessing a legally valid business license.
Design Qualification: Possess "Professional Design Grade B or above Qualification for Power Industry (Substation Engineering, Power Transmission Engineering)" or "Grade B or above Qualification for New Energy Design" or "Comprehensive Grade A Qualification for Engineering Design".
Construction Qualification: Possessing a Level 4 or higher qualification for installing (repairing, testing) power facilities, a Level 2 or higher qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction, and a valid safety production license.
2. Credit requirements:
2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.
3. This project accepts consortium bidding, with a maximum of two consortium members.
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening;

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.
2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
