2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability and possessing a legally valid business license.

2. Performance requirements:

(1) Within the past three years, there has been a supply performance of seed materials for improved induced crystal softening equipment with a contract amount of no less than 300000 yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting materials (including but not limited to invoices or acceptance reports), with key information visible in the scanned copies).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if the information is submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
