2、 Qualification of the bidder
1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the business license includes: production or sales of sewage treatment agents or related businesses. It can be a production manufacturer or an authorized distributor. If it is an agent, they must provide written authorization from the production manufacturer for the relevant proof of agency or authorized operation.
2. Financial requirements: The bidder has had a good financial condition in the past year and should provide the 2023 corporate balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and proof of tax payment in accordance with the law from January 2024 to any month of the quotation deadline.
3. Performance requirement: Sales performance of no less than one sewage treatment agent with a cumulative amount of no less than 100000 yuan or no less than 200000 yuan in the past year
4. Those who participate in the quotation of hazardous chemicals or precursor chemicals must have relevant industry licenses and qualifications (such as the "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" and the "Non Drug Precursor Chemicals Business Filing Certificate", and their business scope includes the production or sale of the products in question).
5. Credit requirements:
5.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);
5.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);
Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
3、 Time and method of participating in quotation
1. Quotation deadline: Before 2:00 PM on December 10, 2024.
2. Quotation method: Sealed express delivery or self delivery to Room 911, 9th Floor, Science and Technology Innovation Building, Suma Industrial Park, Suzhou City, for collection by Ma Tao, Procurement Management Department (please use postal or SF Express for express delivery).
