1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Procurement of Carbon Steel Pipe Valve Components for the North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project (EPC+O) in Suma Park (High Speed Rail New City)

2. Project location: Yongqiao District, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

4. Scope of bidding: Procurement of carbon steel pipe valves for the EPC+O project in the northern sewage area of Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City). Please refer to the list for details.

5. Delivery period: Complete all supplies within 30 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and have corresponding production equipment, personnel, and supply guarantee capabilities.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Obtaining bidding documents

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
