This bidding project is for the procurement of coarse sand in the subsurface flow wetland system of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (high-speed rail new city). The project has met the bidding conditions and is now inquiring about the price. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Procurement of Coarse Sand in the Submerged Wetland System of the Northern Sewage Area Recycling and Utilization Project in Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City)

2. Project location: Suma Industrial Park, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: The inflow of this project mainly comes from the tail water discharge of the "Expansion and Reclaimed Water Reuse Project", with a drainage volume of 45000 m3/d. The wetland design inlet TDS is 10000mg/L, which is a high salinity water body.

4. Scope of bidding: Procurement of coarse sand for the subsurface flow wetland system of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project in the northern part of Suma Park (high-speed rail new city).

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide relevant materials when bidding).

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a building materials supply or engineering performance with a contract amount of no less than 500000 yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting documents (including but not limited to invoices or completion acceptance reports), and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copies).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
