The bidding project for the underground wetland system labor engineering of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project (EPC+O) in the northern part of the SuMa Park (high-speed rail new city) has met the bidding conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome bidders who meet the conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project (EPC+O) Underflow Wetland System Labor Engineering of Suma Park (High Speed Rail New City)

2. Project location: Suma Industrial Park, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: The inflow of this project mainly comes from the tail water discharge of the "Expansion and Reclaimed Water Reuse Project", with a drainage volume of 45000 m3/d. The wetland design inlet TDS is 10000mg/L, which is a high salinity water body.

4. Scope of bidding: Labor engineering for the underground wetland system of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project (EPC+O) in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City). Please refer to the drawings and the bidding bill of quantities for details.

5. Duration: 60 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects or municipal public works, or a labor qualification, and a safety production license.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
