The bidding project for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant and tail water purification project (EPC+O) in the northern part of SuMa Park includes the procurement of the entrance and advertising production. The project has met the bidding conditions, and we are now inquiring about the price of the project. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Expansion of Sewage Treatment Plant and Tail Water Purification Project (EPC+O) in the North of Suma Industrial Park, including procurement of storefront and advertising production

2. Project location: Suma Industrial Park, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

4. Scope of Tender: Procurement of Gate and Advertising Production for the Expansion of Sewage Treatment Plant and Tail Water Purification Project (EPC+O) in the North of Suma Industrial Park. Please refer to the list for details.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide relevant materials when bidding).

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a similar supply or engineering performance with a contract amount of no less than 200000 yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting documents (including but not limited to invoices or completion acceptance reports), and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copies).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Collection of bidding documents

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening

However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
