Tender Announcement for Procurement of PE Pipes for EPC+O Sewage Recycling Project in the Northern Sewage Area of Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City)

The procurement of PE pipes for the regeneration and recycling project (EPC+O) in the northern sewage area of the SuMa Park (High Speed Rail New City) has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City) Northern Sewage Area Recycling Project (EPC+O) PE Pipe Procurement

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Material demand unit: Anhui Xigoma Material Technology Co., Ltd

4. Project Scale: (1) Wetland Engineering: Construct 149000 square meters of artificial wetlands, including 45330 square meters of composite vertical subsurface flow wetlands, 49397 square meters of surface flow wetlands, and 40864 square meters of pond wetlands. The remaining public and auxiliary facilities cover an area of 13409 square meters.

(2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; The DN900 water supply PE pipe is used as the tailwater drainage pressure pipeline for 4500m; the DN630 water supply PE pipe is used as the supplementary water pipeline for the 2nd ditch for 120m.

(3) Water system connectivity project: A 640m new river channel will be built in the No.1 ditch, and a water ecosystem will be constructed; A new 537m river channel will be built in the 2nd ditch, and a water ecosystem will be constructed; The excavation of Laoshengli Gully connects a total of 5100m to the river channel.

5. Scope of bidding: Procurement of PE pipes for the North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project (EPC+O) in Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City). Please refer to the drawings and bidding bill of quantities for details.

6. Construction period: Supply in batches, and the supply time for a single batch is to deliver to the location designated by Party A within the time specified by Party A.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, the business scope of the business license must include the production and sale of pipes or plastic products, or related businesses.

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a supply performance of PE100 pipes with a contract amount of no less than 4 million yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting documents (including but not limited to invoices or completion acceptance reports), and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copies)

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
