This bidding project is for the procurement of EPC+O technical services for the regeneration and recycling of sewage areas in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City). The project has met the bidding conditions and we are now inquiring about the project. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: EPC+O Technical Service Procurement for the North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project of Suma Park (High Speed Rail New City).

3. Project scale: EPC+O project for the regeneration and recycling of sewage in the northern part of Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City).

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Bidders must possess Class B or above qualifications in the water conservancy industry, have the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials should be provided when bidding).

2. Qualification requirements for project leader:

The project leader shall hold an intermediate or higher professional title in water conservancy (relevant materials shall be provided during bidding).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if the information is submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
