On March 12, 2018, all cadres and employees of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. gathered in the headquarters conference room to participate in the OA system acceptance, delivery, and training exchange meeting. More than 20 company executives and some employee representatives attended the training.  

OA， Office automation, effectively utilizing OA systems, can improve office efficiency, optimize management, save office resources, and achieve collaborative and mobile work. It is a powerful tool for modern enterprise management.

With the continuous expansion of our company's business and the expansion of our operating regions, facing the needs of the new development situation of the company, the company leaders have decided to install and use the OA system to meet the needs of the constantly developing enterprise.

After nearly a month of preparation, investigation, design, and modification, the basic framework of OA software has been finalized and entered the trial operation stage. The purpose of this training is to enable all employees to better experience and use various operational skills in OA, and improve work efficiency.

Subsequently, all attendees followed the software implementation personnel to learn how to use the software, and raised questions to the software implementation personnel regarding the problems encountered during the trial process, in order to continuously improve the OA system and make it more in line with the actual situation of the group, becoming a good assistant for work and promoting the efficient operation of various tasks in the group.
