In order to enhance the uniformity of aeration in the aeration tank and improve the effectiveness of sewage treatment, all production personnel of the SuMa Park Sewage Treatment Plant have recently replaced all micro porous aeration heads in the aeration tank of the plant area. This not only saves production costs, but also enhances employees' understanding of equipment and sewage treatment expertise.

Since its operation on January 1, 2015, the Su Ma Sewage Treatment Plant has maintained safe production and met discharge standards. As time goes by, the service life of the original aeration head is about to reach its limit, and the aeration head is the oxygen supply device of the aerobic system, and its usage directly affects the treatment effect of the aerobic section. To prevent uneven aeration caused by microporous blockage and ensure normal production, it is necessary to replace the aeration head.

A total of more than 1000 aeration heads were replaced this time, which required pulling out the aeration tubes, replacing the aeration heads, and then installing them. The workload was large, and sludge flowed horizontally during the work process. However, the company's production personnel were not afraid of dirt and hard work, and worked together to complete the replacement of the aeration heads.

It is reported that this replacement work will last for one week.
