This mainly includes the construction of a homogenization tank, an online monitoring room for incoming water, an efficient sedimentation tank, a crystallization fluidized bed, a power distribution room, a dosing room and dewatering room, an intermediate lifting pump room, an ozone oxidation tower, an ozone preparation workshop, a dosing tank area, and the renovation of the existing hydrolysis acidification tank, biochemical combination tank, magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, active sand filter tank, etc.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction, having a valid safety production license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials provided during bidding).

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a supply or installation performance of electrical equipment with a scale of no less than 15000 m ³/d or a contract amount of no less than 1 million (a scanned copy of the contract is required, and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copy).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
