We are now conducting an open inquiry for the temporary construction project of the high hardness fluorine-containing wastewater renovation project for the second and third phases of the Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suzhou. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Suzhou Ma'anshan North Sewage Treatment Plant Phase II, Phase II, and Phase III High Hardness Fluorine Containing Wastewater Renovation Project;

4. Project scale: The project covers an area of 1930 square meters. This mainly includes the construction of a homogenization tank, an online monitoring room for incoming water, an efficient sedimentation tank, a crystallization fluidized bed, a power distribution room, a dosing room and dewatering room, an intermediate lifting pump room, an ozone oxidation tower, an ozone preparation workshop, a dosing tank area, and the renovation of the existing hydrolysis acidification tank, biochemical combination tank, magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, active sand filter tank, etc.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Having a legal and valid business license, possessing a third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction or a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects, or a labor service qualification.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

3、 Time and location for receiving bidding documents

2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if the information is submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
