Chapter 1 Invitation for Bids

The tenderer is bidding for the commercial concrete required for the construction of the expansion and upgrading renovation project of Suixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant. We now invite Anhui MCC Huaihai Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd., Suixi Dayang New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Huaibei Dingfeng Concrete Co., Ltd., Huaibei Jinlong Concrete Co., Ltd., Huaibei Liantong Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd., and Suixi Hanjian Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. to participate in the bidding for this project.

1. Registration method: Each bidder shall send the relevant qualification requirements documents to the email address via email（ wancho-001@wchep.com ）Register. The bidding documents for this project are distributed through the official email of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

2. Collection time: 09:00 AM on October 12, 2023 to 15:00 PM on October 19, 2023.

3. Bid deadline: The bidding documents must be delivered to the Procurement Management Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. before 3:00 pm on October 19, 2023. Bidding documents that are delivered after the deadline or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.

4. Bid validity period: 60 days after the bid deadline.

5. Bid evaluation method: The tenderer shall organize the bidding and evaluation themselves, and if necessary, conduct on-site inspections of the bidders. The principle is based on comprehensive assessment and reasonable and effective low price method.

6. Bidders should fully consider the various terms of the bidding documents and truthfully prepare according to their own situation.

Qualification requirements: a. Enterprises with independent legal personality and valid business license.
b、 Qualification requirements: Pre mixed concrete professional contracting is not graded.
c、 Quality certification: Provide an ISO international quality certification system within its validity period;
