Announcement on Inquiry for Comprehensive Building Decoration Engineering of Weixi Second Sewage Treatment Plant Expansion and Upgrading Project

We are now conducting an open inquiry for the comprehensive building decoration project of the expansion and upgrading renovation project of Weixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: Expansion and Upgrading Project of Weixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant

2. Project location: Weixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant

3. Tendering unit: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd;

4. Project scale: The land within the original factory wall of this project is 53398 square meters (80.09 acres), and the newly added land is 25257.69 square meters (37.88 acres). After completion, the land scale will reach 78655.69 square meters (117.95 acres), with a total project scale of 100000 m ³/d. The entire plant's tail water is discharged 60000 m ³/d, and the remaining tail water is directly reused after disinfection, with a reuse volume of 40000 m ³/d. The composition is as follows:
(1) Upgrading and renovation project: The design scale is 60000 m ³/d. Currently, the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank of the first and second phases of the project converges into the middle lift pump room, and then uniformly lifts into the high-efficiency sedimentation tank, denitrification filter, and ozone oxidation tank. The effluent enters the reclaimed water reuse tank.
(2) Expansion project: Design capacity of 40000 m ³/d (including 15000 m3/d of chemical wastewater pretreatment, civil engineering implemented at a scale of 15000 m3/d, equipment installed in stages at a scale of 7500 m3/d). The main process adopts coarse grid and Jinshui pump room+fine grid aeration sedimentation tank+hydrolysis acidification tank+improved biochemical tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification filter tank+ozone oxidation tank. The tail water enters the reclaimed water tank, and the chemical wastewater is further treated by the main engineering biochemical system after Fenton oxidation and hydrolysis acidification.
(3) Supporting construction of blower room, power supply and distribution engineering, and outdoor overall system.

5. Scope of bidding: Comprehensive building decoration project for the expansion and upgrading of Weixi Second Wastewater Treatment Plant, as detailed in the drawings and bidding bill of quantities;

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Having a legal and valid business license, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan or more (inclusive), possessing a third level or higher qualification for professional contracting of construction and decoration engineering, and having a safety production license.

2. Performance in decoration and renovation similar projects with a single contract amount of no less than 1 million RMB in the past five years;

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
