5. Scope of bidding: Labor construction for the upgrading and renovation of sewage and concentrated salt water for the 145MW supercritical gas power generation project. Please refer to the drawings and the bidding bill of quantities for details;

6. Division of Sections (Package Types): Divided into 1 section, please refer to the bidding documents for details;

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Having a legal and valid business license, and operating within the scope of this tender;

2. Having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction or labor service qualification, and having a valid safety production license;

3. Provide one municipal labor construction contract performance with a contract amount not less than 3 million yuan;

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

1. The registration and collection time for bidding documents is from 08:00 on August 22, 2023 to 15:00 on August 31, 2023.
