Chapter 1 Invitation for Bids

The bidder is bidding for the commercial concrete required for the upgrading and renovation project of the 145MW supercritical gas power generation project's supporting sewage and concentrated salt water. We now invite bidding units from Taida Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Pingshan County, Hebei Dailu Technology Co., Ltd., and Hebei Zhongcheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd. to participate in the bidding for this project.

The bidding documents for this project will be distributed through the official email of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. on August 24, 2023 at 9:00 am.

2. Collection time: 09:00 AM on August 24, 2023 to 15:00 PM on September 1, 2023.

3. Bid deadline: The bidding documents must be delivered to the Procurement Management Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. before 3:00 pm on September 1, 2023. Bidding documents that are delivered after the deadline or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.

4. Bid validity period: 60 days after the bid deadline.

5. Bid evaluation method: The tenderer shall organize the bidding and evaluation themselves, and if necessary, conduct on-site inspections of the bidders. The principle is based on comprehensive assessment and reasonable and effective low price method.

6. Bidders should fully consider the various terms of the bidding documents and truthfully prepare according to their own situation.
