The civil engineering and labor construction of the newly added sewage treatment station in the Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park project of this bidding project is owned by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., with self raised funds and a contribution ratio of 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for public bidding. Qualified labor construction units are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content
1. Project Name: Civil and Labor Construction of New Sewage Treatment Station for Suzhou Green Agricultural Products Deep Processing Industrial Park Project;

2. Project location: Intersection of Xuefu Avenue and Chuangxin Road, Yongqiao District, Suzhou City, Anhui Province;

3. Tendering unit: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd;

4. Project scale: The main structure consists of a grid collection pool, a regulating pool, and a floating slag pool to form a comprehensive pool. The pool body is a reinforced concrete structure with a burial depth of 4.8m and a designed wastewater treatment capacity of 4000m3/d. After treatment, the sewage meets the standard and is discharged into the nearby municipal sewage pipeline network;

5. Scope of bidding: Labor construction for the main and ancillary works of the sewage treatment plant, as detailed in the drawings and bidding bill of quantities;

2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Qualification requirements; Having a legal and valid business license, the business scope complies with the content of this bidding. Having a municipal general contracting level three or above or labor construction qualification;

2. Financial requirements; Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system, providing the 2022 corporate balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and records of lawfully paid taxes;

3. Credit requirements:
(1) Has not been lawfully suspended or disqualified from bidding;

(2) Not ordered to suspend production or business, temporarily suspend or revoke permits, temporarily suspend or revoke licenses;

(3) Not entering into liquidation proceedings, or being declared bankrupt, or other situations of loss of performance ability;

(4) There have been no major engineering quality issues or casualties in the past three years;

(5) Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

(6) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

(7) The bidder or its legal representative has not engaged in any bribery or criminal activities in the past three years;

(8) There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Time and location for receiving bidding documents
1. The bidding document collection time is from 08:00 on March 29, 2023 to 17:00 on March 30, 2023.

2. Location for receiving bidding documents: Conference Room of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (9th Floor, Building 2, Science and Technology Innovation Building, Suma Park, Suzhou City). Potential bidders are required to bring their legal representative or authorized representative's original identity certificate or legal representative's authorization letter, as well as their second-generation ID card, to the above-mentioned location to collect the documents on site.

3. The selling price of the bidding documents is RMB 0 per set, and the bidding documents are non refundable after sales.
