2、 Qualification of Bidders
1. Capable of independently assuming civil liability and possessing a legally valid business license. Having a general contracting level of three or above for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, a professional contracting level of three or above for environmental protection engineering, and a professional contracting level of three or above for river and lake remediation engineering are all acceptable.

2. Credit requirements:
2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

5、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:
1. The bidding documents of this project allow bidding units to be delivered by mail or express delivery. Mailing address: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (9th floor, Science and Technology Innovation Building, Suma Park, Suzhou City, Anhui Province), recipient: Ma Tao, contact information: 18155736552. After the express delivery is sent, please send a photo of the express delivery receipt by email to wancho-001@wchep.com The email name should be company name+contact person name+phone number for timely receipt. Please also fully consider the delivery time and ensure that the package is delivered by mail no later than 4:00 PM on April 11, 2023. The submission time of the bidding documents shall be based on the time of receipt. In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may not attend the bid opening meeting. If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
