On the afternoon of December 12th, all employees of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. gathered in the conference room to hold a learning and discussion activity with the theme of "talking about alignment, seeing action". The activity was chaired by the factory director Tan Hua.

At the beginning of the event, the factory director Tan Hua first introduced the theme and main content of the event to all employees through PPT. Through the rich and detailed PPT, the employees deepened their understanding of the event. After the explanation, the learning and discussion activity officially began. All employees actively participated in the discussion, spoke freely, and shared their experiences and insights from this learning experience. They clarified why, how, and who to follow, further enhancing their confidence in doing their job well.
