On December 15, 2016, all employees of the Production and Operation Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. conducted a professional skills test in the company's conference room. This test is held once a month and mainly includes two parts: vocational skills and safety knowledge skills. The purpose is to test the technical level and daily learning achievements of frontline employees. Unlike before, this test is no longer just a simple exam, but a combination of teaching, learning, and testing to comprehensively improve the professional skills and literacy of all employees. In the past, most employees were dealing with exams and did not seek a deep understanding of the exam content, which went against the company's original intention of organizing exams. Now, a portion of employees are sent out every week as teachers to explain their professional knowledge and experiences to everyone. Everyone has the opportunity to stand on the podium, both as teachers and students, and finally take exams together to test learning outcomes and make progress together, benefiting all employees.
