Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the franchise project of the sewage treatment plant in Suzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in January 2020. Wancho and Suzhou New District Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. jointly established Suzhou Qinghe Ecological Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to be responsible for the operation of this project. Wancho holds 60% of the shares of Suzhou Qinghe and is the controlling shareholder. This project is a stock project located at the southeast intersection of Jintai Fifth Road and Sugu Road in Suzhou Economic Development Zone. It consists of the Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase I), the Economic Development Zone Second Sewage Treatment Plant (Phase II), and a regulating pool with a capacity of 45000 m ³/day. It covers an area of approximately 258.86 acres and is mainly responsible for collecting and treating industrial and residential sewage within the planning scope of the Economic Development Zone and the area east of the railway. The sewage treatment capacity is 45000 tons/day. To play a positive role in improving the water ecological environment of the Economic Development Zone, ensuring the normal production and life of local enterprises and people, and ensuring the reasonable and orderly operation of various enterprises in the Economic Development Zone. The franchise period is 30 years.
