Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the PPP project of Dangtu Third Sewage Treatment Plant in October 2018, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dangtu County Qinghe Water Affairs Co., Ltd., is responsible for the construction and operation of this project. The project is located next to the fire station on the west side of Jinzhu Middle Road in Dangtu Economic Development Zone, with a designed sewage treatment plant capacity of 15000 m3/d. The planned land area is 46700 square meters, with a total construction area of 5000 square meters and a total investment of approximately 180 million yuan. After the completion of the project, all domestic sewage from chemical enterprises and economic development zones in the area that have not entered the agglomeration area will be treated at the centralized sewage treatment plant in the park. The tail water will be discharged into the sea through a dedicated pipeline, which can effectively solve the water pollution problem of the surrounding water system and continuously improve the water environment of the park's river channel and even the inflow river channel. The service area is about 220 hectares.
