Notice on the Guidance and Filing of the Company's Initial Public Offering of Stocks and Listing 

on the Growth Enterprise Market

Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") intends to apply for an initial public offering of shares and register for listing guidance on the Growth Enterprise Market. On December 18, 2019, it submitted the listing guidance registration materials to the Anhui Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau"). On December 27, 2019, the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a letter confirming the date of filing for coaching by Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (Wanzheng Securities Regulatory Letter [2019] No. 466), and the coaching period began on December 25, 2019. At present, the company is receiving guidance from Guorong Securities Co., Ltd.
