1.3 Construction Content
On the basis of the current treatment process and structures of the Phase I project, new (renovated) buildings and structures required for the Phase II project will be constructed, mainly including a comprehensive building, fine grid and cyclone sedimentation tank, hydrolysis acidification tank, shallow air flotation tank, emergency tank, combined C-AAO biochemical sedimentation tank, high-efficiency sedimentation tank, sludge concentration tank, denitrification filter tank, ozone generation room, ozone contact tank, deodorization system and its supporting new equipment and pipelines, electrical and instrumentation system renovation. The design scale of the second phase project is 45000 tons/day, which will be implemented in three stages. The implementation scale for each stage is 15000 tons per day.

1.4 Current Engineering and Environmental Protection Situation
The design scale of the first phase project is 15000 tons/day, and the actual construction scale is 7500 tons/day. The sewage treatment process is an improved C-A2O tank process; Waste gas: mainly generated by sewage treatment and sludge treatment, covering and sealing the pollution sources that can be covered, and strengthening the greening of the factory area; Wastewater: Adopting a rainwater and sewage separation system, rainwater is discharged into the river outside the factory through the rainwater pipe network, and sewage is treated to meet standards before being discharged into the new river; Noise: The use of low-noise equipment and measures such as shock absorption can make the factory boundary noise meet the standard; Solid waste: Sludge is sent to the Suzhou municipal landfill for sanitary landfill, while slag, settling sand, and household waste are promptly cleared and disposed of for sanitary landfill.
