Design of daily office supplies such as business cards, desk cards, letterhead paper, notebooks, employee work permits (name tags), directional signs, reception desks, umbrellas, water bottles, ashtrays, etc; The clothing system includes work clothes, business clothes, including three sets for spring and autumn, summer, and winter respectively, and two sets of cultural shirts; Corporate symbolic patterns, corporate mascots, other daily office and conference supplies, gifts; External building environment, internal building environment, transportation vehicles, advertising media, product packaging (bid cover design), display, printing publications, etc; Safety warning signs, structure signage, system and responsibility wall signs, outdoor bulletin boards; Outdoor building corporate culture wall, building color design, sewage treatment facilities (such as color design of the outer wall of sewage treatment tanks); It should be able to design corresponding safety warning signs, hazard source notification signs, safety signs (including prohibition, warning, instruction, and reminder signs) based on the characteristics of the company's safety production; Visual design of construction sites, planning of site appearance and image, including five signs and one picture, courtyard walls, site gates, bulletin boards, promotional slogans, etc;
The CI design unit shall provide the dimensions, materials, renderings, and unit prices for production or installation of the designed project. Competition Letter

We have received the competition documents for the enterprise CI system design from your company. After research, it has been decided to participate in the competition.
1. Willing to provide design and planning services in accordance with all requirements in the competition documents.
2.If our design proposal is accepted, we will assume our responsibilities according to the requirements of the competition documents.
3. We fully accept your independent choice of award, and we fully accept any design scheme selection and decision made by you.
4. We guarantee that the competition documents do not infringe upon the rights of any third party and there are no claims made by any third party.
5. We promise that if the design scheme, documents, and display works provided by us win your award, all rights to them belong to you. We completely waive all rights to the design scheme provided, and we shall not apply for corresponding trademarks, intellectual property rights, etc., nor shall we provide them to any third party; Otherwise, we will bear your losses and corresponding legal responsibilities.
6. If our CI design proposal wins your award, you will enjoy all the rights of the proposal, including but not limited to: exhibition, printing, publishing, applying for trademark registration, applying for intellectual property rights, etc.
7. We have submitted all the competition proposals and outcome documents, and we promise not to apply for returns.
8. We fully guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided by you or any related documents, audiovisual materials generated due to your needs, and shall not use them for commercial purposes or provide them to third parties. Otherwise, we will bear your losses and corresponding legal responsibilities.
