In order to improve the professional skills of laboratory personnel throughout the company, stimulate employees' work enthusiasm, and create a positive and competitive atmosphere of learning and catching up. Recently, the first Anhui Chuang Environmental Protection Laboratory Technician Skills Competition kicked off at the Suixi Second Sewage Treatment Plant Experimental Center under the company. All laboratory technicians of the company participated in this job skills competition.

This competition is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge examination and practical operation skills assessment, both of which are basic operations in laboratory work. The main content of the theoretical exam includes safety operating procedures, laboratory operating procedures, and related environmental knowledge. Contestants pour out their "ink" and concentrate on answering questions at the desk, hoping to score high. The business skills practical competition mainly aims to determine the specified measurement factors of unknown samples and assess the standardization and skill of inspectors' operations. The participating inspectors remained calm and meticulous, carefully carrying out every operation, repeatedly checking every data, and demonstrating their due level, showcasing the professional competence of Wancho laboratory technicians. After competition and comprehensive evaluation through theoretical and practical exams, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were selected.

Through skill competitions, the professional theoretical knowledge and practical operational skills of the company's laboratory technicians were comprehensively tested, providing a platform for all laboratory technicians to showcase their skills, learn and exchange ideas, and exchange skills. At the same time, it provided a guarantee for the company to cultivate and select more outstanding skilled talents, which is an important practice in the construction of the company's talent pool and plays an important role in improving enterprise productivity and enhancing core competitiveness.
