The control price for the regeneration and recycling project of the sewage area in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (High speed Rail New City) has been prepared for this procurement project. The project has met the procurement conditions and is now being inquired about. Bidders who meet the conditions are welcome to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City) North Sewage Area Recycling Project

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

5. Scope of bidding: Preparation of control price for the regeneration and recycling project of sewage area in the northern part of Suma Park (high-speed rail new city).

6. Service period: From the signing of the contract to the completion and acceptance of the overall project, and until the end of the audit and final settlement.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the license includes cost consulting related services.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
