1、 Project Name and Content

3. Supply period: Supply in batches, with a single batch supply time of 10 calendar days from the date of notification by Party A.

4. Section division: It is divided into two sections, as detailed in the bidding documents.

2、 Qualification of Inquiry Person

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, engaged in the production and sale of pipe products, or related to the production and sale of building materials. Provide relevant qualified testing reports for the manufacturer's pipes and fittings materials.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to the inquiry party.

3. This project does not accept consortium inquiries.

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for inquiry and bid opening:

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if materials are submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
