In response to the spirit of the "Notice on Carrying out the Theme Month Activity of Learning from Lei Feng Volunteer Service in 2025" issued by the Social Work Department of the Suzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, and to vigorously promote the spirit of learning from Lei Feng volunteer service and cultivate students' awareness of environmental protection and water conservation, on the morning of March 19th, the Party Branch of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Branch"), the New Era Civilization Practice Center of Su Ma Park, and the Su Ma Park Volunteer Service Brigade jointly carried out the theme volunteer service activity of "Learning from Lei Feng Spirit to Protect Life - Exploring the Sewage Treatment Journey". More than 30 Young Pioneers from Miao'an Town Central Primary School visited and learned from the company's operated Su Ma Park North Sewage Treatment Plant (hereinafter referred to as the "Sewage Plant") on site.

At the beginning of the visit, volunteer guide Wang Yu briefly introduced the basic situation of the sewage plant and the basic principles of sewage treatment to the Young Pioneers. The Young Pioneers then visited the inlet and sewage samples of the sewage plant on site to understand the front-end operation process of sewage treatment.

Subsequently, Wang Yu explained in detail the entire process of sewage treatment to the Young Pioneers, leading them to visit sedimentation tanks, chemical dispensing, sewage deodorization systems, and the central control room of the factory area. During the visit, Wang Yu asked questions and provided popular science answers on topics such as sewage sources, treatment methods, and environmental protection. The Young Pioneers actively interacted and answered, creating a lively atmosphere on site.

After the on-site visit, the company staff distributed environmental protection brochures to the Young Pioneers and organized a centralized viewing of environmental protection promotional videos in the conference room. The Young Pioneers have expressed their intention to pay attention to water conservation in their daily lives, strengthen environmental knowledge learning, enhance environmental awareness, educate and promote science to people around them, and strive to become "little guardians of environmental protection".
