Project scale: Anhui Sino German (Suixi) International Cooperation Aluminum based Industrial Park New Infrastructure Construction Project Water Environment Governance and Related Supporting Facilities Engineering, with a construction investment of approximately 54.3645 million yuan. The construction content includes the improvement and renovation of the living environment of Xihe Community, the upgrading and renovation design of the internal water supply, drainage, roads, and environment of Qianliuzhuang and Houliuzhuang in Xihe Community, and the construction of new water supply pipelines, drainage pipelines, internal concrete roads, and community parks; Rainwater and sewage diversion renovation in residential areas, construction of drainage main pipes in Xinghe Garden residential area, and construction of drainage main pipes in hydrophilic Jiayuan residential area; Clean up and manage the Suilingou River channel; Firefighting renovation of e-commerce industrial park; Zhangzhuang Industrial Park water supply renovation.

Scope of bidding: Labor services for water environment treatment and related supporting facilities engineering of the Anhui Sino German (Suixi) International Cooperation Aluminum based Industrial Park New Infrastructure Construction Project. 5. Duration: 60 calendar days.

6. Section division: It is divided into three sections, as detailed in the bidding documents.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability and a legally valid business license, having a valid safety production license, having a third level or above qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction or a third level or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects or a qualification for construction labor without classification, and having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials shall be provided when bidding).

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
