Recently, in order to accelerate the implementation of the "High precision Hollow Fiber Nanofiltration Membrane Industrialization" project, Zhang Zhongxin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Suma Park, Li Xiaohui, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Suzhou City, and Bian Zhiming, General Manager of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and their delegation went to Jiangsu Membrane Technology Industrial Park for investigation and research, and conducted in-depth exchanges on technology research and development, achievement transformation, and industrial cooperation.

‌The inspection team first visited the exhibition hall of the industrial park, listened to the park's positioning, development history, industrial layout, technological development trends and industrialization achievements in the field of membrane materials. Guo Baitao, Deputy Director of the National Special Separation Membrane Engineering Technology Research Center and General Manager of Nanjing Membrane Materials Industry Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., introduced to the inspection team the application prospects of hollow fiber nanofiltration membranes in sewage treatment, industrial separation and other fields, as well as the technological breakthroughs and application cases in core areas such as water treatment membranes, gas separation membranes, organic composite membranes, and high-performance new nanofiltration membranes.

‌At the pilot base and production workshop of the organic nanofiltration membrane in the industrial park, the inspection team visited the membrane material research and development laboratory and intelligent production line on site, investigated the preparation process and performance testing process of high-performance new nanofiltration membranes, and understood the product quality control system and large-scale production capacity.

At the symposium, Zhang Zhongxin stated that it is necessary to fully leverage the role of enterprises as innovation entities, increase research and development investment and core technology research and development efforts, create innovative industry consortia, and achieve independent research and development and production of key core components for water treatment processes. Li Xiaohui stated that deepening cooperation among enterprises of the same type and industry is a key path to promote the upgrading of the regional environmental protection industry. Both sides need to jointly explore an efficient connection model between technology research and industrialization, based on the layout of the regional environmental protection industry, combined with the advantages of Wancho Environmental Protection in the field of sewage treatment, and accelerate the construction of a technology transformation platform with regional influence. During the exchange, Bian Zhiming stated that the company has been continuously improving its "basic research technology development industry radiation" full chain innovation system in recent years, and relying on a fully equipped technology research and development center to accelerate the transformation of achievements. This inspection provides important reference for subsequent production line adaptation and process optimization.
