Bidding Announcement for Civil Engineering, Roads, and Rainwater Labor Services of the Reclaimed Water Project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone

The civil engineering, road and rainwater labor services of the reclaimed water reuse project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone have met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Civil Engineering, Roads, and Rainwater Labor Services for the Reclaimed Water Reuse Project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: including Zhongshui Plant and supporting pipeline network. The newly built Zhongshui Plant has a designed water production capacity of 6000m3/d in the near future and 18000m3/d in the long term, and the effluent quality meets the limits agreed upon with the enterprise. The supporting pipeline network project is the intermediate water transportation route for each intermediate water user unit.

5. Scope of bidding: Civil engineering, roads, and rainwater services for the reclaimed water reuse project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone. Please refer to the drawings and the bidding bill of quantities for details.

6. Duration: 120 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability and a legally valid business license, having a valid safety production license, having a professional contracting qualification for template scaffolding within the validity period, and having a third level or above qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting or a third level or above qualification for construction engineering construction general contracting or a non graded qualification for construction labor within the validity period, and having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials shall be provided when bidding).

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

Please consider the delivery time by yourself. The submission time of the bidding documents shall be based on the time of receipt. In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
