Invitation for Bids for Pre mixed Concrete and Mortar Required for the Construction of Reclaimed Water (Reclaimed Water) Reuse Project in Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Plant

The bidder is bidding for the pre mixed concrete and mortar required for the construction of the recycled water (reclaimed water) reuse project at the Suzhou Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant. We now invite all potential qualified units such as Suzhou Huilong Trading Co., Ltd., Suzhou Feitian Yonggu Concrete Co., Ltd., Suzhou Juyi Concrete Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Shunsheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. to participate in the bidding for this project.

1. Registration method: Each bidder shall send the relevant qualification requirements documents to their email address via email（ wancho-001@wchep.com ）Register. The bidding documents for this project are distributed through the official email of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.

2. Collection time: 17:00 on January 2, 2025 to 17:00 on January 9, 2025.

3. Bid deadline: The bid documents must be delivered to the Procurement Management Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. before 10:00 am on January 22, 2025. Bid documents delivered after the deadline or not delivered to the designated location will not be accepted by the tenderer.

4. Bid validity period: 60 days after the bid deadline.

5. Bid evaluation method: The tenderer shall organize the bidding and evaluation themselves, and conduct on-site inspections of bidders if necessary. The principle is based on comprehensive assessment, effective, reasonable and low price method.

6. Bidders should fully consider the various terms of the bidding documents and truthfully prepare according to their own situation.

7. Qualification requirements:

a、 Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the business license must include the production and sale of commercial concrete or related businesses to cement production and sales. If the bidder is not a production unit, they also need to provide the authorization letter and business license of the production unit.

b、 Qualification requirements: Bidders must have professional contracting qualifications for ready mixed concrete within the validity period. If the bidder is not a production unit, they must provide the above qualifications of the production unit.
