2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious procurement violations by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn);

2. Bidders must provide one supply performance of microbial accelerator products invested in the municipal sewage treatment industry in any of the past three years (from January 1, 2021 to the bidding deadline) (provide sales contracts and copies of the top five invoices with the highest corresponding invoice amounts);

3. Bidders must have independent legal personality and possess a qualified and valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or a "five in one" business license;

4. The production enterprise of the bidding product must pass ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 certification (provide a valid copy of the certification certificate and affix the bidder's official seal);

5. Specific qualification requirements for this project: Bidders should have professional transportation qualifications (provide business license, qualification certificate) or a company with professional transportation qualifications should provide supporting services (provide business license, qualification certificate, and relevant contract proof)

6. This project does not accept consortium participation (potential suppliers can independently complete this project).

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
