The installation project of the rainwater and sewage discharge outlet open channel construction project for industrial enterprises in SuMa Park has met the bidding conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome bidders who meet the conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Installation Engineering of Rainwater and Sewage Drainage Open Channel Construction Project for Industrial Enterprises in Suma Industrial Park

4. Project scale: According to the relevant regulations of the "Technical Requirements for Standardized Remediation of Pollutant Outlets (Trial)" and other documents, combined with the actual situation of the park, each of the 26 major water related enterprises in the park is required to set up one sewage discharge outlet and one rainwater discharge observation outlet.

(1) Open channel for sewage discharge outlet

Each enterprise's sewage discharge outlet must use open channels with water quantity detection for discharge. In the Su Ma Industrial Park, due to the large amount of production wastewater and high pollution factors, enterprises should set up an integrated pasteurization tank as a sewage channel before connecting to the park's sewage pipeline network. The specific size of the channel should be determined according to the corresponding sewage volume of the polluting enterprise; For enterprises with small water volume and low pollution factors, pipeline flow meters and sewage open channels (the length, width, and depth of the open channels are determined according to the site conditions) are used. In addition, the sewage channel is equipped with fiberglass cover plates, surrounded by stainless steel protective railings, and the inner wall of the channel is covered with light colored corrosion-resistant ceramic tiles.

(2) Rainwater drainage outlet

At the rear end of each rainwater outlet in the factory area, there should be a section of open channel before connecting to the municipal rainwater main network. The length, width, and depth of the open channel should be determined according to the site conditions; The rainwater channel is equipped with fiberglass cover plates, surrounded by stainless steel protective railings, and the inner wall of the channel is covered with light colored corrosion-resistant ceramic tiles.

(3) Auxiliary facilities

According to on-site requirements, a lighting system can be installed to add pedestrian walkways and non motorized vehicle lanes to sewage and rainwater channels. Pedestrian walkways can be constructed with a width of 1m and a length determined based on the actual site conditions.

(4) Topographic survey

Conduct topographic survey of the surrounding area according to the owner's requirements.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction within the validity period, and a safety production license.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

3、 Collection of bidding documents
