1. Project Name: Procurement of Masonry Materials for the Expansion and Tail Water Purification Project (EPC+O) of the North Sewage Treatment Plant in Suma Industrial Park

2. Project location: Yongqiao District, Suzhou City

3. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

4. Scope of bidding: Procurement of masonry materials for the expansion of the sewage treatment plant and tailwater purification project (EPC+O) in the northern part of the Suma Industrial Park. Please refer to the list for details.

5. Delivery period: Complete all supplies within 30 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements: Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and have corresponding production equipment, personnel, and supply guarantee capabilities.

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

3. This project does not accept consortium bidding

The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance.
