Tender Notice for Wetland Earthwork Engineering of EPC+O Sewage Recycling Project in the Northern Sewage Area of Suma Park (High speed Rail New City)

The wetland earthwork project (EPC+O) for the regeneration and recycling of sewage in the northern part of the Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City) has met the bidding conditions. The project is now open for bidding and eligible bidders are welcome to participate.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Wetland Earthwork Project (EPC+O) for the Regeneration and Recycling of Sewage in the Northern Sewage Area of Suma Park (High Speed Rail New City)

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

5. Scope of bidding: Wetland earthworks for the North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project (EPC+O) in Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City). Please refer to the drawings and bidding bill of quantities for details.

6. Duration: 100 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, a third level or higher qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting or construction engineering construction general contracting within the validity period, and a safety production license.

2. Credit requirements:

2.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

2.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

2.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

1. Collection time: 17:00 on September 29, 2024 to 17:00 on October 8, 2024.

2. 4、 Precautions for bidding and bid opening:

In addition to the outer packaging for mailing, the bidding documents still need to be sealed according to the requirements of the procurement documents. However, any package damage or storage issues that occur during the mailing process shall be borne by the bidder.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled. The bidder shall inform the procurement staff of their contact information for inquiries and other matters.
