The bidding project for the EPC+O tailwater pressure pipe labor service engineering of the sewage area regeneration and recycling project in the northern part of Suma Park (high-speed rail new city) has met the bidding conditions. We are now inquiring about the project and welcome bidders who meet the conditions to participate in the bidding.

1、 Project Name and Content

1. Project Name: Su Ma Park (High Speed Rail New City) Northern Sewage Area Recycling Project (EPC+O) Tailwater Pressure Pipe Labor Engineering

2. Project location: Suzhou City, Anhui Province

3. Construction general contractor: Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd

4. Project scale: (1) Tailwater wetland project: treatment capacity of 45000m3/d, construction of artificial wetland of 149000m2, (2) Tailwater discharge project: construction of one tailwater discharge pump station with a capacity of 45000 m ³/d; Supporting DN800 drainage pressure pipeline with a length of 4500m. (3) Connecting the water systems of No. 2 Gou, Shengli Gou, No. 1 Gou, Xinhe, etc. in the Su Ma Park to meet the project requirements.

5. Scope of Tender: Tail Water Pressure Pipe Labor Engineering for the North Sewage Area Recycling and Reuse Project (EPC+O) in Suma Industrial Park (High Speed Rail New City), as detailed in the drawings.

6. Duration: 60 calendar days.

2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Having the ability to independently assume civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction within the validity period, and a safety production license.

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a pipeline project performance with a contract amount of no less than 2 million yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting documents (including but not limited to invoices or completion acceptance reports), and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copies).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
