The qualification requirements for bidders have been changed to: having the ability to independently bear civil liability and a legally valid business license, having a valid safety production license, having a non graded qualification for template scaffolding professional contracting within the validity period, and having a third level or above qualification for municipal public works construction general contracting or a third level or above qualification for construction engineering construction general contracting or a non graded qualification for construction labor within the validity period, and having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (relevant materials shall be provided when bidding).
