2、 Qualification of Bidders


1. Qualification requirements:


Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, and possessing the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide relevant materials when bidding).


2. Performance requirements:


Within the past three years, there has been a similar supply or engineering performance with a contract amount of no less than 1 million yuan (scanned copies of the contract and related supporting documents (including but not limited to invoices or completion acceptance reports), and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copies).


3. Credit requirements:


3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);


3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);


3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.


4. This project does not accept consortium bidding


Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. 2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance. If the bidder submits the materials for registration on site, they should provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
