Name of the winning candidate for the South Wall Project of Bahe Road: Anhui Maotian Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd.

3、 Publicity time

The deadline for public announcement is 17:00 on July 21, 2024

4、 Channels and methods for raising objections

If there are any objections to the above-mentioned winning candidates during the public notice period, they can be raised in writing to the bidding contact person or the audit and supervision department during the public notice period.

5、 The written objection materials should include the following content

（1） Name, address, and valid contact information of the objector;

（2） Name of the objector;

（3） The basic facts of the objection matter;

（4） Related requests and claims;

（5） Effective clues and relevant supporting materials.

The written objection materials must meet the above requirements, be signed and stamped with the official seal by their legal representative, and be accompanied by valid copies of the legal representative's and their authorized contact person's ID cards. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.

6、 Objection materials that fall under the following circumstances will also not be accepted

（1） Incomplete objection materials;

（2） The disputed matter contains subjective speculation and other content without sufficient and effective evidence;

（3） Objections to the detailed content of response documents from other suppliers and inability to provide legal source channels.

The objector shall not make false or malicious objections under the pretext of objection, and shall not interfere with the normal operation of procurement response activities. For those who provide false materials, seek transactions under the guise of objections, or maliciously oppose and disrupt the order of procurement work, they will be reported to the administrative supervision department for handling.

If there are no valid objections during the public notice period, the evaluation results shall be the basis for determining the winning bidder.
