On September 12, 2016, all employees of the Production and Operation Department of Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. conducted professional skills and safety and fire knowledge exams in the company's conference room. This exam was decided by the factory manager on an ad hoc basis and has a sudden nature. Its purpose is to test the skill level and daily learning achievements of frontline employees. This type of exam is held once a month and is referred to by employees as "New Two Learns and One Do" (i.e. learning one's professional skills, improving one's learning ability, and doing one's job well). This exam has improved the professional skills of employees, created a learning atmosphere for all staff, and benefited the majority of employees.
