4. Project scale: The office building is located in Jiayuan Square, Hefei City, with a total construction area of over 2000 square meters. A total of 3 conference rooms, 13 offices, 6 reception rooms, 1 business center, 1 VIP reception area, 1 finance center, 2 large office areas, etc. are planned in the new office building, providing over 200 office workstations; In order to meet the daily office, reception and visit, conference and communication requirements of the new office, it is necessary to purchase office furniture for the new office to meet the office requirements.


5. Scope of Tender: Procurement of Office Furniture for Wancho Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.'s Technology Research and Development Center Base. Please refer to the drawings and bill of quantities for details.


6. Construction period: Complete all supply and installation within 40 days.


2、 Qualification of Bidders


1. Qualification requirements:


1.1 Possess the ability to independently assume civil liability, have a legal and valid business license, and the business scope of the business license must include the production and sale of office furniture or related businesses.


1.2 The bidder shall be a furniture manufacturer or provide a distribution agency authorization letter authorized by the furniture manufacturer.


2. Performance requirements:


Within the past three years, there has been a performance in supplying office building furniture or similar office building furniture with a contract amount of no less than 500000 yuan (scanned copies of the contract must be provided, with key information visible).


3. Credit requirements:


3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);


3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);


3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.


4. This project does not accept consortium bidding


Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.

2. 2. The legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder may attend the bid opening meeting via video conference (the video conference number will be sent to the registration email one hour in advance, and if the information is submitted on-site for registration, the bidder shall provide valid contact information). If the legal representative or authorized representative of the bidder is not present at the bid opening meeting, the written signature confirmation and other related operational requirements at the bid opening site shall be cancelled.
