2、 Qualification of Bidders

1. Qualification requirements:

Capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing a legal and valid business license, having a second level or higher qualification for professional contracting of construction and decoration engineering, and having a valid safety production license.

2. Performance requirements:

Within the past three years, there has been a performance in office building decoration projects or similar decoration projects with a contract amount of no less than 2 million yuan (a scanned copy of the contract is required, and key information needs to be seen in the scanned copy).

3. Credit requirements:

3.1 Not included in the list of seriously illegal and dishonest enterprises by the Administration for Industry and Commerce in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (www.gsxt. gov.cn);

3.2 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the Supreme People's Court on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn);

3.3 There are no other circumstances that are prohibited by laws, regulations, or instructions to bidders.

4. This project does not accept consortium bidding

Note: Bidders who do not meet the qualification requirements mentioned above will not be eligible to participate in this project quotation.
